In just over a century since its invention we've spun a web of plastic around ourselves. Today our waste management systems have reached a breaking point. Our landfills are spilling over. Even our rivers and seas and marine life are choking on our plastic refuse. Not surprisingly, nano-particles of plastic have found their way into our food and our bodies. Today, when the very well-being of our future generations is at stake, let's pledge to live a plastic-free lifestyle.
